At The Vow Sleepwear, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. REFUND

- To be eligible for a return all items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.


- Item/s must be unworn, in the original state & packaging, with all tags attached. 

- Customers are in charge of paying for the return postage, which must be tracked to ensure we receive items.

- Once item/s are received please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

EXCHANGE


- To be eligible for an exchange all item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

- Item/s must be unworn, in the original state and packaging, with all tags attached. 

- Customers are in charge of paying for the return postage, which must be tracked to ensure we receive items.

- Sale items can only be exchanged, no refunds will be given.

- Your exchange will be processed in a timely manner, once item/s are received please allow 5 business days for your exchange to be processed.

- If for some reason you receive sleepwear that is faulty we will happily offer you a refund or exchange the item/s whilst paying for the postage.
